Dr. Padwa is chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston Children's Hospital and Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Her practice at Boston Children's includes pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip/palate and craniofacial surgery. A major focus of Dr. Padwa's practice is cleft and craniofacial anomalies and studying outcomes related to facial growth in these conditions. She coordinates a weekly combined craniomaxillofacial conference at Boston Children's and serves on many committees nationally and internationally that are related to these conditions.
