Expanded Biography

Dr. Ecklund received her B.S. from the University of Michigan and her M.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. After an internal medicine internship at Boston University Hospital, she completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Deaconess Hospital in Boston and a pediatric radiology fellowship at Children’s Hospital, Boston where she served as Chief Fellow. She returned to Children’s as a staff radiologist in 1997. Her special interests are in pediatric musculoskeletal disorders, and oncologic imaging.
